Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract negotiations
- Lead supplier relationship management with Fortune 500 partners across 15+ countries
- Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and performance metrics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and vendor management
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and lead process improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving >15% cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for APAC stakeholder engagement
