Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to achieve optimal cost-savings and performance.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with global business goals.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Lead strategic cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and global procurement regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or tactical purchasing.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and managing high-value vendor portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and advanced spend analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
