Responsibilities

- Lead contract negotiations and manage long-term relationships with Tier-1 suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to influence design and material selection.
- Optimize procurement workflows through ERP system enhancements and automation.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to meet corporate ESG goals.
- Perform regular supplier performance audits and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- CPM, CPSM, or APICS certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
