Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to achieve cost-efficiency and performance targets.
- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations with major tier-1 suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and service level agreements.
- Perform deep-dive spend analysis to identify consolidation opportunities and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate procurement workflows with production and inventory requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance through rigorous KPIs and conduct periodic business reviews.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying supplier bases and identifying alternative sourcing channels.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Coupa, Ariba).
- Demonstrated history of successful contract negotiation and multi-million dollar budget management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
- Advanced knowledge of global logistics, trade compliance, and international purchasing regulations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to mentor junior procurement specialists.
