Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage relationships with key suppliers across APAC region
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into procurement processes
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost analysis initiatives
- Implement and manage procurement technologies including ERP and e-sourcing platforms
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve supply chain resilience and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior procurement staff and establish performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Experience implementing procurement transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
