Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for IT hardware, cloud services, and operational supplies
- Lead vendor negotiations for complex contracts worth $5M+ annually, ensuring cost optimization and risk mitigation
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ESG-compliant supplier selection and lifecycle management
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies including SAP Ariba and Coupa
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across engineering, finance, and operations
- Analyze market trends and data to forecast demand and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead procurement team development through mentorship and process innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Proven experience implementing ERP procurement modules (SAP Ariba/Couma)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience managing international supply chains in APAC region
