Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing optimal terms and cost savings of 15%+
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract closure
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and relationship management
- Implement sustainable procurement practices aligning with ESG goals
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with logistics and finance teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in SAP Ariba or Oracle procurement systems
- Proven track record in international vendor management
- Advanced negotiation skills with demonstrable cost savings
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
