Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, achieving 15% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: RFx, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring
- Lead cross-functional teams in APAC to implement category management strategies
- Conduct market analysis and supplier risk assessments using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into procurement decisions
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Proven success managing $5M+ annual procurement budgets
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
