Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans across multiple categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to maximize value
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives for critical materials
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage vendor performance and relationship lifecycle
- Implement sustainable procurement practices
- Oversee procurement budget and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams for end-to-end optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and TCO analysis
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual cost savings
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in international trade compliance and logistics
