Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing process for IT hardware and software categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with key suppliers across APAC region
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation
- Lead supplier relationship management programs for strategic vendors
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (ERP/SRM systems)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven expertise in IT hardware/software category sourcing
- Advanced negotiation skills with track record of 15%+ cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional procurement teams
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
