Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage vendor relationships across 15+ countries
- Drive cost reduction initiatives targeting 8-12% annual savings
- Implement and optimize procurement processes using SAP Ariba
- Oversee risk management and compliance in supply chain operations
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and operations teams
- Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
- Proven track record in international vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
