Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ indirect categories (IT, Marketing, Facilities)
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers achieving 12-18% cost savings
- Implement ESG procurement standards aligned with UN Global Compact principles
- Manage $25M+ annual procurement budget with zero tolerance for compliance breaches
- Drive digital transformation using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Mentor procurement analysts through structured development programs
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify disruption risks
- Optimize supplier lifecycle management through scorecard-driven evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record in indirect procurement and category management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Expertise in contract law and risk mitigation strategies
- Fluency in English with business-level Mandarin proficiency
- Experience managing hybrid teams across multiple time zones
