Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract lifecycle
- Lead cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and process optimization
- Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies
- Implement procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage and develop procurement team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in international procurement and cross-cultural environments
