Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Lead complex vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and contracts
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform procurement decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics for 50+ key vendors
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- Implement and optimize procurement processes using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Proven track record of $2M+ annual cost savings initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in global vendor management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
