- Lead cross-functional negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement and manage supplier relationship management (SRM) programs
- Analyze market trends and drive cost-saving initiatives exceeding 15% annually
- Oversee procurement compliance and risk mitigation frameworks
- Lead digital transformation projects in procurement processes
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in procurement with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
