Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ categories
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with 30+ global suppliers
- Analyze market trends and negotiate contracts with 10-15% cost savings targets
- Implement and optimize ERP-based procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Manage supplier risk assessment and compliance programs
- Lead cross-departmental procurement task forces
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Proven experience in high-volume global supply chains
- Expertise in cost analysis and total cost of ownership modeling
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- CIPS Level 6 or equivalent academic qualification
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $5M+ contract experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
