- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for $50M+ annual spend
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage procurement team of 5 professionals
- Oversee ERP system implementation and optimization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification preferred
- Expertise in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement modules
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced data analysis skills with Power BI/Tableau
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in multinational environments
