Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% annual cost savings
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives and supplier diversity programs
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with zero tolerance for compliance breaches
- Analyze market trends and risk factors using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Mentor 3 junior procurement specialists and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $10M+ budget exposure
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP procurement modules (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record of supplier diversity and sustainability program implementation
