Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ product categories
- Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Drive cost savings initiatives through market analysis and supplier rationalization
- Implement and manage risk mitigation frameworks for supply chain disruptions
- Oversee ERP procurement module optimization and process automation
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through performance coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent professional accreditation
- Proven track record of delivering 15%+ cost savings in complex environments
- Expertise in contract management, supplier audits, and KPI tracking
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and data analytics tools
- Fluency in English with strong Mandarin capabilities for APAC operations
