Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements with domestic and international vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Lead the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
- Analyze spend data and market intelligence to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to understand technical specifications and drive project success.
- Implement and maintain procurement policies, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- CPM or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
