Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global key suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade regulations, and vendor performance metrics.
