Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with key suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and optimal contract terms.
- Analyze market trends and economic factors to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure cost savings.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to align procurement goals with organizational business objectives.
- Implement data-driven inventory management practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and organizational procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global vendor portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and procurement analytics platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contract law and risk management.
- CPSM or PMP certification highly preferred.
