Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risk.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable service level agreements.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to forecast material costs and inventory needs.
- Manage vendor performance through structured KPIs, quarterly business reviews, and continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Legal departments to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
- Implement advanced e-procurement software solutions to automate workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles, preferably within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes supplier relationships under pressure.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, Incoterms, and contract law.
