- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing cycles, from requisition to final delivery and payment.
- Analyze spend patterns and market data to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and process improvement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with corporate governance, procurement policies, and ethical standards.
- Mentor and develop a team of procurement specialists to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in manufacturing, finance, and operations to align purchasing goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or category management.
- Proven track record of delivering significant cost reductions and value-add initiatives.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
