Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to optimize costs and quality.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 international vendors.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFx development to final contract execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align purchasing goals with organizational objectives.
- Implement data-driven analytics to track supplier performance and KPIs.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit standards and global procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global commodity spend.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Coupa, Ariba).
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring junior procurement staff.
