Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories including raw materials, MRO supplies, and logistics services
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to achieve optimal terms and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to identify savings opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement systems and performance metrics
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with commercial acumen
- Experience managing international supplier relationships
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings
