Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for key commodities and services
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze market trends and identify procurement risks/opportunities
- Oversee procurement budget and ensure compliance with policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience in tech/manufacturing sector
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
