Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing strategies for indirect categories (IT services, marketing, facilities)
- Lead complex negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to identify $2M+ annual savings opportunities
- Implement and manage supplier scorecards with KPIs for quality, delivery, and sustainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Oversee risk management frameworks including supplier diversification and contingency planning
- Mentor junior procurement specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual savings achievement
- Expertise in e-procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience managing international supplier relationships across APAC
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
