Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead vendor negotiations securing 15-20% annual cost savings targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure
- Analyze market trends to identify innovation opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement workflows (SAP preferred)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain with 3+ years in management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and procurement software
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-cultural vendor relationships
- Strong financial acumen with cost analysis experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
