Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for regional operations
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics across APAC markets
- Implement sustainable procurement practices aligned with ESG objectives
- Oversee procurement budget forecasting and spend analysis
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes using ERP/SRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional operations
