Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities and services
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement requirements
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Lead procurement process improvements and digital transformation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of cost savings
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle preferred)
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and supply chain risks
