- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance analytics
- Implement e-procurement systems and process automation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with zero tolerance for overspending
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of contract negotiation and vendor management
- Advanced data analysis skills with procurement KPI reporting
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and tariffs
- CIPS or ISM membership required
