- Maintain and cultivate strategic relationships with key global suppliers to ensure reliability.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives through benchmarking, process improvement, and competitive bidding.
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and raw material availability to anticipate supply risks.
- Analyze procurement data to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate governance and international procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or global sourcing.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and large-scale procurement projects.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
