Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories including IT, logistics, and MRO
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and drive continuous improvement
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform procurement decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15-20% annual reduction in procurement spend
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in a managerial role
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and contract negotiation success
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Experience managing global supplier relationships across APAC region
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
