Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing cycles: RFQ, RFI, negotiations, and contract finalization
- Lead supplier relationship management with key vendors in electronics and logistics sectors
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Oversee procurement budget and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on category-specific initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in management roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Proven success in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong understanding of APAC supply chain regulations
- Excellent data analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in electronics or logistics procurement preferred
