Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize quality.
- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from RFP/RFQ generation to final contract execution.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with corporate objectives.
- Implement and monitor supplier performance metrics to ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in purchasing workflows and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or purchasing.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of successful high-value contract negotiations.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global logistics and international trade regulations.
