Responsibilities

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycles, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies and ESG standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee performance metrics for key suppliers, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to build a high-performing department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement or tactical sourcing.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings through strategic vendor management.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and inventory management principles.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite leadership.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
