Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services across 15+ categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers, achieving 15-20% annual cost savings targets
- Oversee supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and performance analytics
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and ESG compliance frameworks
- Manage $50M+ procurement budget with rigorous financial controls and risk mitigation
- Lead digital transformation of procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Mentor 5-person procurement team through performance reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive procurement experience with 5+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required (CPO designation a strong plus)
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and supplier diversity programs
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives exceeding $5M annually
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools (Power BI, SAP SRM)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, finance, and operations
