Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global Tier-1 suppliers
- Implement procurement analytics tools to drive 15% cost reduction
- Manage supplier relationship lifecycle (onboarding to performance review)
- Oversee cross-functional projects with R&D, Operations, and Finance
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing programs
- Mentor 3+ procurement specialists through structured development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Proven track record in international sourcing and risk mitigation
- Advanced negotiation skills with $5M+ contract experience
- Data-driven decision making with KPI development expertise
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages valued)
