Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for 15+ key categories
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers in manufacturing/tech sectors
- Implement cost-saving programs targeting 15% annual reduction targets
- Manage supplier risk assessment and relationship lifecycle
- Drive ESG compliance in procurement processes
- Mentor junior procurement specialists using SAP Ariba platform
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ in management roles
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification required
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier negotiations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Experience managing international supply chains in APAC
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
