Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities, reducing TCO by 15% annually
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management for $50M+ annual spend
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies including ERP and e-sourcing platforms
- Drive supplier diversity initiatives and ethical sourcing compliance programs
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to inform procurement decisions
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $100M+ spend management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with C-level stakeholders
