- Lead cross-functional supplier negotiations securing 10-15% cost savings
- Implement ERP-driven procurement systems for real-time analytics
- Manage vendor performance with KPI-driven continuous improvement programs
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing audits
- Oversee $20M+ annual procurement budget with risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor procurement analysts on market intelligence and contract management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, SRM, and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in APAC market expansion and vendor diversification
- Advanced analytical skills with SAP/Ariba implementation experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
