Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and MRO supplies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with engineering and finance teams
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG compliance
- Oversee procurement budget and KPI reporting
- Train and mentor junior procurement specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual savings
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
