Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across 15+ countries
- Lead complex vendor negotiations resulting in 15-20% cost savings
- Oversee supplier relationship management with top 50 global vendors
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
- Analyze market trends and optimize procurement workflows using SAP Ariba
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5+ procurement specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier development
- Proven experience in international procurement across APAC/Europe
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
