Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities (raw materials, MRO, IT services)
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to optimize total cost of ownership
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and operations teams
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Drive supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain procurement systems and ensure compliance with ISO 20400 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Experience managing international suppliers across 5+ countries
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record in cost reduction initiatives (15%+ savings target)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
