Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services
- Manage vendor relationships through RFQ/RFP processes and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with engineering and operations teams
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 sustainability standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement
