Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for $50M+ annual spend categories
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: RFI/RFP analysis, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance metrics
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and sustainability standards
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies including SAP Ariba and Coupa
- Analyze market trends to identify risk mitigation opportunities and innovation partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $30M+ spend management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving 10-15% cost savings in complex categories
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing procurement teams
