Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities (electronics, raw materials, logistics services)
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers to optimize T&Cs and risk mitigation
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics across APAC region
- Analyze market trends and data to drive cost savings initiatives (>15% annual target)
- Implement e-procurement systems and process automation for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in senior management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering >10% cost savings in complex categories
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
- Experience managing APAC supplier networks and cross-border contracts
