Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for key categories (IT, manufacturing services, MRO)
- Implement and optimize procurement processes using ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analysis for sourcing decisions
- Manage supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, R&D) on procurement requirements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP procurement modules and data analytics tools
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk management
- Strong understanding of Singaporean trade regulations and APAC market dynamics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
