Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor negotiations achieving 15-20% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract execution
- Implement ESG compliance initiatives across supply chain partners
- Analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks
- Mentor 3+ procurement specialists through performance coaching
- Optimize ERP system utilization (SAP Ariba preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/distribution
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and total cost analysis
- Proven success in vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations
- Experience managing cross-functional procurement teams
